Administrative:

• Verification - With password and without password. The latter is for fast verification usually reserve for events such as concert where people have to be moved in a quick pace. Verification over the net has averaged 16 tickets per minute. For example with 10,000 tickets and 20 PCs linked to the net, this will take 32 minutes to clear. Verification done over a LAN averaged about 20 tickets per minute where the database is downloaded to a Local Server giving it access to other PCs. We can also increase verification by setting the "refresh" rate which is currently set to 0.5 seconds.
• Auto Check - Checks whether the ticket is used, invalid and once verified, the ticket is "dead". All "dead" ticket comes with a time stamp.
• Event Management - Add events, update or delete existing events.

• Sales Reports : Includes breakdown of tickets types, categories such as adult or child, quantity to tickets sold and many other key statistics.
• Feedback : Clients' comments (not available in demonstration).

• Email : Follow up on queries by clients and business associates.
• Auto-notification : Notify vendor when a client purchases a ticket, notify client to print processed ticket, notify vendor when client has printed ticket, notify vendor when ticket availability is low (not available in demonstration).
• Password Retrieval : For user and clients (not available in demonstration).
• Tracking : Monitor changes in clients' preferences (not available in demonstration).
• Credit-Card Checking : Verification and authorisation. BarcodeTicket uses Webpay.com.au and payment is primarily denominated in Australian Dollars. The system is also workable with other credit card gateways and provides multi-currency support. If you are working in US Dollars then we provide Authorise.net Payment Gateway. Other Gateways are also available but you need to buy a specific component from www.iiscart.com, called iiscartcc
• Cache Safeguard : Prevent "double loading" of the ticket output, to prevent client's credit card from being charged twice.
• Privacy Management : Only in our Plus model.

• Interface : BarcodeTicket's front page and general web interface is fully customizable. You can change image links, graphics and text on tickets printed, condition of purchase, dates of availability and so on, to suit your business requirements.
